future income and publishing rights, to the Crocker Art Museum.

Huebner's talent and masterful artistic ability as a Plein Aire'
Fine Arts Post Impressionist Painter made him eligible for inclusion
into this wonderful and worthy art book about early California
Artists.
However, Mentor's age almost prevented him from being given this
honor.
But, Mentor's paintings had been exhibited in important art galleries
just following his graduation from high school. Mentor's recognition
as a masterful painter while in his late teens and early twenties,
permitted the art historian, Edan Milton Hughes to write about
him in his prestigious art book. The two volume book was published
exclusively for the Crocker Art Museum in San Francisco. Its focus
is on California Artists who worked between the years 1786 and
1940. Fortunately, Mentor made it just under the wire. |

Ana Rosa Garcia offers a collection of her work that is romantic,
sentimental and inspiring. Her book, "Mis Poemas" was
published in Bogata, Columbia, and reflects the spirit and the
life of the poet. The poems are translations of segments of her
life and tell many stories. Her language is direct and reminds
one of the style and rhythm of Pablo Neruda, the famous South
American Poet who for 100 years, blazed a trail of influence world-wide
and who won the Noble Prize for Literature in 1971. There is no

Drummer Kjell, created this unique 18 song CD using only drums
and other acoustic percussion.
Kjell's goal in composing this music and in making this CD was
to demonstrate a new way for people to view percussion and its
role in music, and as music.
The music is obviously the work of a very talented and expert
drummer. All the songs are completely original and expressive
without a particular stylistic constraint. It is drumming for
music's sake, forming real songs out of a musical imagination,
then translating them through the sounds of the instruments.

in the hermetic world of spoken word occultism. Huebner adapted
much of her successful book Seduction Through Witchcraft for this
auditory Book of Shadows, and throughout the recording her scratchy,
Witchy voice intones recipes for sexual conquest and liberation
against a backdrop of spacey Moog synthesizer improvisations.
